Payment
We currently accept payment via Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit, Switch, Solo and Electron, prices shown at the checkout stage will include VAT at the standard rate for the UK (17.5%), the site will update this rate depending on the country entered in the address section and will adjust accordingly. Your card payment is debited on the day of despatch only. We will contact you if we experience any problems when processing your card payment.
Delivery
Delivery is subject to stock, if stock is available all orders within the UK should arrive within 2-3 working days, delivery to Europe and the rest of the world typically take 3-21 days, we rely on Royal Mail for all small parcels and Citylink for larger consignments (UK only), your consignment is traceable and we will happily advise details if required.
Returns
In the unlikely event you experience a problem with your product (new only) within one year from the date of purchase we will need to have the unit returned to our Sales Office, please call our Sales Office or e-mail returns@battery.co.uk we use your Invoice number (i.e. 12345) for the returns reference and following contact with you issue a R suffix (i.e. 12345R) if we have agreed to replace the product or C suffix if we have agreed to issue a part or full credit.
Second User Products
In addition to your statutory rights our second user products are covered by a DOA/30/90 day warranty, we will make the warranty clear when an order is placed.
Order Cancellation
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order. This starts from the day the contract is made and ends on the expiry of 7 working days starting from the day after the goods have been received by the consumer. We will return monies due to you within 30 days of the cancellation. We request that the goods are returned to us. If you are unable to return the goods to us we will collect the goods and deduct the direct cost from the refund. This policy covers all of our products, please follow the procedure outlined in the Returns section. All products that are returned must be unused and in perfect condition, we will use our discretion if you have ordered in error or other similar circumstances.

If for any reason you are not happy with our service please e-mail us at complaints@battery.co.uk. We endeavour to respond to all complaints within 5 working days.
